It never rains but it pours... Bodywork is now all but done on my car and looks sweet - but now all of the mechanics have been put back together it's been found that the engine has seized.

I would drain down the water - get the head off
a bit of diesel around the bores & wait a day or 2
then see if it moves , if not gently tap the pistons with a block of wood while turning the crank
don't expect quick movement - bit by bit
