Anyone got any tips? I know the rough procedure, just looking for some of those time and knuckle saving tips!!

Dont think there is a kwicker or easier way of doing it, only tip i can think of is clamp the brake flexi hose off to stop too much air getting into the system.
I gotta change mine on saturday, so if I find a quicker way, I'll let you know.

Just clean it all up and loads of WD40 a couple of days before you do them.
Be careful clamping brake hoses, if you clamp them too tight or leave them on too long this will damage the hose.

and dont clamp um if u have braids lol, this could b disasterous. iv just had my radius arms off, though i was replacing the whole subframe so would have been easier. i agree about using lots of wd40 on th subframe bolts i had 2 snap on me which i had to drill out
hopfully soon once iv finished writing it and taking pics there will be a whole topic on the rear subframes, with problems andhow to avoid them!
