here are some pics of a mini van my friend has been offered
it is rumoured that it was originally a police van but this has no documentation to confirm it
he is thinking about getting it but dont really have a clue what it is worth
we think most off the parts are there but it has not been ran for a really long time some work has been done like sills etc etc
thanks for looking

Interesting looking project.
Does it have an ID AND V5?
Not sure if any police vans were originally green? It appears to have some original bits and some not so.
I too have a 61 mini van so I am interested in the valuation.

Is it an Austin or Morris as the engine and steering wheel centre conflict?

Looks like there are the original doors in the back (in red oxide paint) but probably seen better days due to the replacement later ones fitted.
Post up how much he wants for it and we can comment may be better?

Finger in the air as it is a flat roofed early van with a V5
Re-registered with a non transferable number, non original full front panel.
£1000 - £1500 ??

So if your friend has been offered why are you selling it? The sellers eBay user id and your TMF user ID are very very similar?
