here are some pics of a mini van my friend has been offered
it is rumoured that it was originally a police van but this has no documentation to confirm it
he is thinking about getting it but dont really have a clue what it is worth
If it is your van and you are selling it, why not just say?

To my mind there is something fishy going on here and I'd like to be proven wrong please.

so i post the things up but with his number so people can contact him direct instead of going through me.
so i'm afraid nothing fishy is going on just a mate helping another mate out
is that enough of an explanation

Its also not what you said in the first post either, also the first pictures are the same as the ebay pictures as well.
If you're a trader or trading vehicles then you need to be declared as such.
I'm happy to to leave it here and I hope the sale goes well for your /mate/dog/budgie or whoever car it actually is.

when you say a friend has been offered, how can you sell it for him when he dosent own it???That doesn't really answer my question does it?

if i was a trader i would say so as i have nothing to hide but i'm not and have no intetion to be(cant afford it)
all i am trying to do is help out a mate who has no internet access.
my mate who is called robert likes to buy sell etc not me i am stuck with the same shed i have had for the last year
i understand your concerns but i can assure you there is nothing dodgy going on from me as my ebay feedback confirms
cheers ian

So if your friend has been offered why are you selling it? The sellers eBay user id and your TMF user ID are very very similar?
Wow what are the chances of that?? The guy who has offered your mate this van really does have almost exactly the same user name as you do here!! That is one amazing coincidence!!
I have this erm "friend" who sometimes suffers with all manner of embarrassing ailments and problems with the opposite sex and the like, in fact he's so embarrassed that he often gets me to ask people for advice on his behalf!!.... Friends eh??... Tut!!

he was offered it 5 days ago and bought it but decided it was not for him so asked me to see what it was worth then asked me to put it on ebay for him
erm right... now I'm very confused !!
