could a 1200 bandit engine be used for the z cars kit. has anyone ever tried using this engine?

could possibly be used, it is a good engine but the performance figures are not as high as say a gixer or r1, due to being designed as a long distance commuter not a high performance weekend hack, the bandit is also oil cooled, not water cooled, a coolant leak isnt to bad to solve or clean up/top up in an emergency, but a oil leak would be a nightmare, and keeping the right oil pressure could be a real pain

Kawasaki Zx 12 is about the cheapest power plant you can suitably use, A fireblade is a bit underpowered for a mini but ok in a westfield type Just.......

the good thing about the bandit engines is everyones tuning them so good figures can be gained but if your gonna tune it why not just buy an r1,busa,zx12 in the first place...
