Aw, bless you all for looking out for him - thank you sooo much.

That's not Frankie - he didn't have a commercial grille, nor drip rails over the doors :(

And his doors were very solid :(

Thanks for keeping your eyes peeled!

I do miss him :(

Just so you know, the mini van in that ebay link was being sold by my bf and all identity/history is there. The 'blue' was just primer :)
And the mini with the roof 'chopped off' is a factory built convertible lol

Its good so many people are on the look out and I really hope you find him Bean, I don't know what I'd do if my mini was stolen :(
I don't know how some people sleep at night!

Had just seen this whilst shopping for vans and pickups and thought exactly the same. Looks a little bit darker but could be he light, Load bay even looks the same when you compare closely. But how you go about proving it if it is?

Suppose the following may help:
1) Does he have pics of the restore
2) When has he had it since
3) When did he register it? check with hpi

Anything else anyone could think?

It just look to good to be true i would have though it was worth more than £3850 being fully restored? I allways thought the was meant to be a chassis number stamped some where.

Chassis Numbers on scuttle, only on some of them not all But being fully restored may have been charged.
Worth a look thought, anyone local that can have a look at it?

I think Jean should be PM'd these links rather than them posted on forums for the world to see. I wouldn't want my pride and joy's advert to be posted about the internet linked to a stolen Mini van when I've spent a LOT of money restoring and advertising. It's good to keep an eye out as a community but we need to remember that for every bad mini enthusiasts theres 20 good ones...
