Does anyone know how/where I could get my clubman grill restored, and how much it is to have the bumpers re-chromed?

How bad is the grille, i.e rusted away or just needing plated ?

Also are the bumpers solid ?

bearing in mind you can get these items readily off ebay etc for not much money..

Anyhow, chrome plate the grille, approx £25, bumpers approx £18 each

rechroming can be costly, i would say you may as well just buy new parts.
if you get stainless bumpers rather than chrome they cant crack like the coating on chrome ones, but they need to be polished more often.

o yeah good point.
just read the post again properly and its a clubby the bits are for.

i would say get a quote first and see what its like, then decide whether to go ahead with it or buy new parts but they can be pricey.
