the headlights are different on clubmans as the sidelights are in the indicator unit rather than the headlights. my car has normal indicators rather than clubman and thus is using round front headlights.

the inner wings are chopped off at the bulkhead. there is a good picture of this on the front page which shows what i mean.

i'm struggling to find the best way to explain but consider this example. if i where going to remove my clubman flpi front and put it onto a real clubman i would need to remake the brace bars as the inner wings are different between them. so you dont need to do anything to the brace bars on my car if you wanted to fit a round flip front.

ye i did notice that. so you cut the original inner wings out.....left the original (roundnose) brace bars in and then fitted the front?

it had a steel front when i got it. so i cut the inner wings off and fabricated brace bars to fit perfectly, then fitted the fibreglass front

ok, so worse case scenario, your brace bars wont fit a roundnose flip front and i need a new set.

im going to inbox you an offer, which is based on my budget and the changes i would make.

i wont put it on here as its your business what you sell your car for.
