All Halfords are sh*t
Stick with it the results will be worth it

Few tips for ya when you do finally get round to it

First give the car a really good wash to get rid of any dust and dirt
that if left when using the mop could really damage the paint

Mask up or even better remove the trim
Will make it easier as you are not tiring to get in to all the corners and will prevent staining of these parts

Do a very small area at a time and don’t rush

Keep it wet to avid burning the paint

Wash/wipe down areas that have just been done to remove and compound left on paintwork that if left could burn the fresh paint

Finally good luck
If all goes to plan should make look 100x better than before

Mask up the window rubbers

And remove trim, like the wipers, washer jets, indicators, badges etc
because if you leave them you they may end up damaging the pad on the mop

ANY rubber/plastic bits. If you dont cover them, the paint/water/compound mix will stain those parts. It won't stain paint, chrome (unless it's badly pitted and will be a PITA to get out the crevices) and glass.
