Here's the latest item in our ever growing range of billet alloy parts, due for release shortly. We are hoping to have them available at Bingley Hall.

Does away with the steel backplate and thin troublesome cover.
It has an O-ring seal in place of the old gasket at the joint.
Supplied with breather for 1275 based engines and blanking plate for 998's,etc.
The seal, fixings, gasket, and Allen keys are all supplied as part of the kit.
Lighter than the standard parts.
Takes Simplex chains with or without tensioner strip, Duplex and Vernier Duplex.
Machined boss to take Specialist Components trigger wheel sensor.
Available anodised in silver, red, blue or black.

Nom indeed! When trying to get my cover flat to seal properly, I wondered why nobody made a nice replacement.

Sorry, forgot the painful bit!!

These will sell at £162.50 + VAT and carriage.

Currently, it will only fit pre-Mpi engines, but we are developing a version for these too.

P.S..... Being a 'person of advancing years' (OK, old!), I had to look up "NOM" :D

Unfortunately not, my friend. We try to price the RetroSport range keenly. The pricing is based on actual costs of manufacture. The easy part is working out material, labour and machining costs. The tricky part is predicting how many will sell and dividing the development costs accordingly.

When you think about the work involved thats bloody cheap, if this was going on any other type of car it would be double the price at least! The prices you charge for most of your bits amazes me and I will be spending a few quid on it over the summer ;-)
