Changing the oil and managed to drop a bit down by one of the plugs, as soon as I started it was bubbling away untill the engine was turned off.

Is it because the plugs are fairly old and the washer has been crushed so many times that it dosen't seal anymore?

I can't imagine the leak to be right... defo in tight too.

If the plugs are that old replace them - only £12 for NGK

Plugs should be replaced annually so yes, they are too old. You might find quite an improvement with new ones.

It sat in the garage for 10 of them, and probably was used with them a bit before.

Atleast if I change them about the same time as the oil it should be sweet.

It seems to love the Valvoline Vr1 :)

No, the oil was changed October 2010. So it was about 16month olds, part sync, 10/40 :/

Should be better with this in.

Was overdue.
