I've been a buzzard for a number of years and since I finally actually posted a couple comments I figured it's time to introduce myself.
I'm not new to Minis, neither am I extremely experienced.
My first was a 66 Cooper. Wet, No engine or gear, otherwise ok. I got an Austin America 1275 with 12G1316 head. Don't know the diff ratio, but it was rather low, being for 12" wheels. My brother eventually thought it would be a really good thing to trade it for a 73 Dodge 4 door truck.

My next were a pair I got from the woods behind a mountain-man's house. They were rough! the 64 was nearly repairable and the 61 was just rust. My brother took the good one so I fixed the 61. 850 magic wand, 12G295 head, alu wheels and a lot of rust repaired with a torch. (oxy acetelyne) Oh, also RHD. Here with a quickie spray. and no catchers yet.

Now I'm across the smaller pond and on the SAME DAY two different people came up with two Minis, a 64 and a 78 which are pictured here in my garage. Yes it's the same Frogeye which I bought in 73.

The 78 is a Morris Mascot.and very rotten, but maybe I will put it together later. I will however concentrate on the 64. I'm not certain what it was originally. It has Swedish papers with only the build number but without the prefix. I suppose I can just call it a Morris (MA2S4L) It has otherwise no identifying marks. No seats, doors, bonnet, boot, engine, gear, instruments, front or door glass, emblems, etc.

I have been collecting (scavenging) parts to assemble it, which will first happen after I finish the Frogeye rebuild.

I look forward to getting to know the people here on this forum. I have otherwise been on bcf.
Donn :)
