I noticed a small paint bubble when i was cleaning the car earlier on the scuttle. This may have been covered somewhere else on the forum, but is there a way to fix the bubbling without replacing the whole panel or needing a respray??

there is probably rust under the bubble

your going to have to be brave and remove the paint and see just how much is under there
