I have been looking for months now for a new chamios but I can't seem to find one that I can get along with.

I've tried everything in Halfords but nothing seems to work for me. They either are too much hard strain to make them move, don't collect the water or leave water marks.

Can anybody help to suggest where to look? Has anybody got one that is amazing?

I find the ones at the local wash the best. Effort free and great results :-)

I never found one any good, best thing for me was a meguiars water magnet drying towel. Like a big waffle weave microfibre, good but expensive.

A good chamois is a binned chamois. Microfibre drying towel only to prevent scratches!!!!!!

I've been using a Dodo Juice Supernatural towel for a couple of years now. It's super soft, It dries the whole of the Mini in one go. It's really big and spans one side of the car to the other. http://www.dodojuice...ccessories.html

Only issue is I washed it with some red micro fibre cloths and it's turned sort of pink :D

Yes but a Chamois just sounds so much more sophisticated... especially if you refer to it as a "Sham-warrr".... plus maybe my mini enjoys being treated to a rubdown with a with a piece of dead cow!!

I second that, I find them so much easier to use than any chamois I have tried.

Have you tried the Kent A500u? A genuine chamois and very large.
