Apparently the jury accepted that the payment was an investment not a tax dodge. His dog is pretty clever if he can make investments! (For those who don't know, the account in question was set up in the name of his dog?!)
The chairman was also found not guilty.

Mk 3, this wasn't the FA, they had no involvement. It was all the CPS making the case in court.
Good for England. The sooner we can get rid of Capello the better. I've always wanted an English, or at least a British manager.

Mandaric being found not guilty in October along with Peter Storrie.
Bugger being the England manager though, if he doesn't win the World cup regardless of it being a World cup year it's all doom and gloom.

Just like the John Terry incident, they obviously know the outcome!!
