Hey all have hit a snag with my wipers. Cold morning yesterday went to wipe my screen, the blades came up but stayed. Thought they had frozen or something but thăt wasn't the case as they won't retract down, even today when it's slightly warmer. I thought I'd make a video to make the whole thing clearer so here that is
They turn fine when up but once they are on the window they won't budge untill I push them when in sync with the motor if that makes sense. I know there's nothing wrong with the motor as it was replaced only last year.
Any one got any ideas? Thanks!

I get the impression that the motor is going but as soon as there is any resistance the mechanism slips. Is that so?
If so check the wheelboxes are secure and not seizing and the flat plate on the motor mechanism is not lifting and allowing the end of the rack to disengage. Otherwise it may be that the wheelboxes need greasing.

This happened on mine not so long ago, the nut ontop of the starter motor had come loose, screwed it back on and bingo!
Pretty sure it is that, your wipers are doing exactly what mine did.
