can come from any vehicle with the external door hinges. vans, pickups, estates, sallons, elfs and woeslys! :P


I am after the B post from the roof all the way down to the lip where it joins the door step / sill

i'm in need for a mk1 door conversion, also if you have anything along these lines hit me with a PM, cant do any harm!

My mate has got a mk2 that's been 1/4'd already, but he might chop out the section in teh ther 1/4's if your interested?

Yessss very much so! Would be a great help, tell him I'm interested, I'm after the b pillars from the top to the bottom, door slam panel as well:).

I'll point him this way. Th eroofs been cut off with about 6" of the pillers, so not all the way to the top is available.

think i have a mk1 thats destin for the grinder because its a tad rotten, but them bits are good what u want to pay?

well if you can give me the b post from the very top near the roof right down to the bottom near the sill, then id say 20 quid each side? put up some pictures if you can? thanks very much guys!

hi there, craig pointed me this way, i cut the roof off with about 6 inch of a,b,c posts but all the B post to rear 1/4 panel is available, will get a piccy up soon

you do know... when you add the mk1 doors your side windows windows will look odd as the later cars raised the top of the quarterlights to match the roll up door top. Something to think about.

Yup, they lined up with the tops of the doors, they were raised for aesthetic reasons when the top of the door was, I will bring one of my mk1 quarter lights home tonight and stuff it in the mk4 shell for a pic if you want.

if you could it would be great, so i guess the size of the window stayed the same, just moved down slightly? i think a bit more figurin and some plannin is in order:P
