as a few of you may know i was involved in an accident in january which wasnt my fault. i was stopped and someone went into the back of me.
but after looking at a few quotes today i noticed theres a £250 difference between me saying i did and didnt have an accident.
so why do i have to pay more because someone else drove into me?
if it was my fault i'd say fair enough and just move on with life, but why should i be punished because someone else cant drive?

Total BS we both know. But this is the way of the world. I`m in the same boat.
I think insurance needs a mix up in this country. Insurance companies should work for us, we contract them. But it`s more like were buying their service on their terms without any leniency or reasoning.

Just a joke!
but honestly now, how many of those non fault drivers have actually gone and crashed? because i've been driving a more powerful courtesy car and i havent crashed, so how can they say i'm gonna crash in a less powerful car?

i take it its too late to do that? or can i just phone my insurance company and ask for another claim while i'm at it?If you box clever you ask for the increase in premiums to be included in your claim. This is fair and just, not like the whiplash claimers and is becoming far more common.
