I have read many topics about problems with ECU etc, but nothing works in my case.
I have ordered a new US version of ECU with keys and harness. I hope it will fix my problem, because it wasnt cheap :shy:
Tommorow it should be here. I pray to solve it.
US version is better becouse there is no immobiliser in keys, it means less problems.

The thing that usually fries ECU's is having power connected to the ground, or something like that - or sometimes shorting the one of the power outputs to ground for a long time can do it as well.

Might be a good idea to have a good check of your wiring first and be totally certain that all the grounds and power wires are going to the right place (at both ends)....

Good luck!

Hi everybody,
I got some news and it is really nice news. I fired it up!! Finally.
I am so happy after a long time of troubles and spend money.

The sound was so loud(with no silencer) that my body is still shaking ;D. I will post video later.

Well, what was the problem.
In the begining I tried to bypass exup servo motor, but smthing go wrong. probably I conect incorrect lines from exup together(main switch was ON-I am stupid :D ) and this damaged my ECU.
When i was really sure, i have bought a new one. Complete ECU, keys, and wiring loom from US moto. i am thinking it is better now, because there is no imobiliser, so less problems in future.
After that problems were still there. Err1 and err2 disapeared, and CODE 12 show up.
Code 12 means Crankshaft position sensor.
No problem , I said. Bought new one and was ready to start. Change it....and ...nothing. Still code 12.
Sad again :shy: . I tried to check and change everything possible(I have a lot of parts because I have 2 wiring looms).
Everything seemsed to be OK, and my mood was so ....
Yesterday I just plug out starter relay, smbody wrote that can be problem with it, and change to other one from next loom. Unfortunatelly not working as well.
Then I was putting it back and by the way touched cable from starter to batery positive, so I bypassed starter relay and it was starting :ohno:
It was my fault, but it solved the problem. So surprised, i relased that both of them, starter relay are wrong. it make me so happy that I founf out what was broken.
I have bought a new starter relay, not exactly that kind, but it is working now, and finally I can continue with build.

Nice one!

Good job the ECU tells you what the problems are, saves a lot of time tracing faults!

Looking forward to the video

Hi everybody, after 8 months we are back.
I was abroad, and my father didnt have enough time(money as well) to work on it. Now we did some progress with rear suspension and arms, trying to fit socket.

Let´s check the photos.
