blimy ill dump every piece of info i have into this...

error codes for the ECU..
http://www.hondatuni...error_codes.php

another honda wiring guide.
http://honda-tech.co...d.php?t=2987229 (ideal for identifying plugs, pin outs etc)

We have "autodata. 3.18" which you can find on any good torrent site.. its excellent software that garages use to find out everything they need about your engine. ECU pinout's, wiring diagrams, torque specs loads of stuff....

i have also attached a diagram someone has made in the past. some sites tried to sell it but i found a alternative source. attachicon.gifminiwiringdiagram.pdf

heres everything on your loom...
attachicon.gifIMG_0429(mod).jpg

OH one more thing...
a guide to how to wire a car... my friend found it. some good do's and dont's in there.
attachicon.gifReWire.pdf

now this is pretty much all we used as reference to deconstruct and remake a engine loom.

basically your sitting down, looking on autodata to see what pins do what and you label those wires and then get rid of the ones you dont need. its labourous task. but i think with patience anyone can do it.

currently starting and trust me ill be using your wiring diagram :P

Iv decided to sell the car to someone who has the money and time to finish her. shes one off. and its going to waste in my garage. shes taxed and mot'ed. but theres so much i want to do yet. just dont have the money at the moment. is there anyone who wants a project to finish for the summer?

iv spent near 10k not including the hours i spent and my friend spent doing this.

any offers? obviousley I wont let anyone buy the car untill they view it. show i can show them the best bits and the few bad bits

Holy thread revival!

I bought this a couple years ago now... Been steadily making changes to it over time.

Big one was moving from mini to metro hubs and associated wheels/brakes for a larger & vented disc. The added bonus was the wheel offset which reduced the total track by around 5 inches. Sportspack arches were then bought and extended to suit. The roof was painted at the same time as the arches, as well as some dent repair from the builder's welding bottle. A little rust repair and for good measure, some poly rear quarter windows.

I also changed the clutch (previously stage 2) for an OEM and swapped the final drive for a 3.7 and put a exedy lightweight flywheel in.

I currently have some custom gauges on order from speedcut and I'll be ordering a new dash in short order ready for an analogue gauge conversion.

Here's how she looks now:

Keep an eye out of the for sale section, I'll be having a garage clear out of mini parts in the coming months.

Been busy working on it all summer...

Took the B16a2 out and swapped in a JDM B18C with skunk 2 tuner cams and 13:1 compression. Made 210bhp on the rollers at 8000rpm and OEM injectors at 100%. Got some grams 550cc injectors to go in before it gets a retune. I've also changed diffs to a Mfactory racepack helical and the Mfactory 4.05 final drive and a long 0.715 5th gear.

I've just fitted a double skin carbon boot, bumper and boot light form carbon weezle:

I've managed to get it to shut now :)

Last thing to finish is my carbon dash and speedhut gauges install. Nearly done now, all wired up and dash fettled to fit. Just got the binnacle to affix to the dash and it's done.

Thanks :)

I'm hoping to drive it to work on Friday if all goes well putting it back together this week. Got an oil leak to solve on the new engine.... so far done sump gasket and oil pressure switch, got the vtec solenoid gaskets to do tonight and then all that's left are rocker cover gaskets and cam seals.

These engines are actually quite a pleasure to work on, much like an A-series.

ZTlcrbw.jpg

Refurbed the vtec solenoid whilst I was at it... and the gorgeously finished Skunk2 cam seal is hidden behind (why did they bother?!)

Took a little while longer than expected because I tried to do the job without the right tools (deep sockets) and this was the result:

The good news is I found the actual source of the leak... It was the dizzy seals. All done now too. I'll fire it up tonight and see if I've put it back together right or not
