Well we designed the intake manifold for a ford mondeo tb as that's just something we easily found on ebay
There probably is some tb out there that is better suited.
Here are some rendered pictures of what the intake manifold is going to look like(just not as shiny). It features equal length runners which took a while to achieve.... Anyway, because of the size we have to print it in 3 different parts, the first part is done and can be seen in some other pic(s), but the center part is a bit nastier so it's not quite done yet.

Almost done now! We're going to try to start the engine tomorrow. The 3D-printer isn't cooperating so we're welding a simple intake manifold together to test with.
Because the valves are moved compared to the stock head we had to swap/move all of the rockers, after that they lined up almost perfectly. No major issues in other words.

It doesn't have a thermostat atm. If/when we test it more on the road and we need one we'll just install an inline thermostat.

It runs
Now we just need to find some 10" winter tires so we can test it on the road. Mapping it is proving a bit tricky thanks to the 310sp camshaft, but once everything is sorted we'll take it to the dyno.

Some more videos We had the exhaust off for a while since we were having some problems getting it to start, it's sorted now though. It's pretty loud with open headers...
We also installed an alternator on it.

We haven't decided on the price yet for a full kit as we're not quite sure what everything would be included. But we will naturally offer the bare head with valve seats/inserts and then a fuel injection kit that includes most of the parts needed(intake manifold, trigger wheel, fuel rail, exhaust flanges etc.). How complete the fuel injection kit is really depends on what you guys want.
It's looking like we'll also offer the head anodized to a colour of your choice.

Testing it on some snow
We actually had it on the road today for some more mapping but there was a bit too much traffic for proper testing.
We also finally managed to print the intake manifold, it just needs a bit of "cleaning" and then it's ready to be installed.
