MK 1 Morris Mini-Minor and Austin Mini Cooper S. I would love some old shells to fix up. Also my Mini Neon I have now is a dream car, I love her. Would also like to have a Cabriolet one day for summer.

Love my Mini, but if I could change anything about it it would be the colour. Would love a red one.

How much does a full respray cost these days?

But my ultimate all time dream mini would have to be LBL 6D. How I'd love to rag that around the Peak District :gimme:

GRX 5D, GRX 310D or BJB 77B! At the moment tweed grey cars seem to have stolen my heart though, That one on ebay, that mk1 racer and this one: http://www.carandcla....uk/car/C296455 a cooper with a 1071 s engine :proud:

However, more realistically... my Mini, which eventually will be:
  • tartan red and black
  • have genuine 10x5 minilites,
  • black group 2 arches,
  • black cobra classics with red piping,
  • red carpets,
  • black optimise automotive interior with red stitching,
  • moto-lita leather steering wheel,
  • centre 3 clock dash,
  • a 1293 or 1310cc engine with a nice head,
  • twin HS4s,
  • an SW5,
  • balanced bottom end,
  • Dublex timing,
  • 3.44 diff,
  • hopefully about 85 - 90 bhp and plenty of torque
mmmmmmm.... and back to reality... O_O

I have my dream Mini. Never fails to turn heads, either day to day or at Mini shows.

I sound like a pretentious old git saying that mind. I'm just glad he's back on the road.

People here dont seem to be very demanding here this time around. we've had these topics quite a few times before and often people come up with long ol' specs.

In the past iv always said the same thing, The car that i'll eventualy finish building... but i couldnt say how long thats going to be >_< doesnt help that its been lashing down all weekend and i doubt it will be dry enough after work this week! but ill carry on chipping away if it is. Might eventualy get there in the end.
