There were no instructions with my kit and I've got 3 different sets of bolts, different washer, angled washer things and some brackets. Is there a guide somewhere which can show me how to fit them, or can somebody give a detailed description. I've tried searching tmf and the wider interwebs, but can't find anything

You will need a drill, as you need to drill into the bumper at each end.
the 'angled washer things' are the same angle as the bottom of the corner bars. These go in the inside of the bumper and are what the cornerbars attach too. You may need to cut some of the actual fitting bracket of the bumper to allow space for the 'angled washer thing'.
The rest is eliminatory. But where you choose to drill the hole is pretty crucial; try to match the curve of the corner bar with the curve of the bumper, for vertical alignment of the hole. And use the placement of the overrider for vertical positioning of the hole. It aint easy, so be patient.

I've already got holes, I needed new bumpers anyway because my current ones are suffering the usual problem of chrome. I didn't fancy drilling into my nice new bumpers so paid a rather large premium to have them pre-drilled.
I've discovered the problem I was having was that one of the corner bars would not let any of the bolts go all the way in, but I think I've got it all figured now:
small bolt - corner bar to over rider,
long bolt - over rider to bumper.
long bolt with non-threaded end - corner bar to bumper.
The one problem I have found is that the bolt connecting the bumper to the over rider does not go all the way through the hole. There's about a 20mm part of the bolt which doesn't go through. Is this normal or have I done something wrong? I *think* I have the bracket in the right way.
Where do the washers go? I've assumed that the flat washer goes between the corner bar and over rider, where their is a small indent in the over rider. I have 8 lock washers though (2 for each corner) which could potentially go in 3 or 4 places.
Thanks for the help and quick response by the way.

Good call on the pre-drilled bumper, i would do the same next time!

It is fine as long as its tight.
I didnt put a washer in the indent.

I looked at it again and it then seemed pretty obvious I had the bracket in the wrong way. It seems to make more sense putting it so it follows the curve of the bumper. Now the bolt goes almost all the way through.
