Whats wrong? I have email the company if i can trade it in for genuine replacments. I think i want these now anyway, no i have noticed that the closing panels are supposed to have stregthening for the rear supframe mounts.

Thanks alot, Mike

Woah, that's amazingly bad!

I've heard nothing but rubbish about the non-gen closers, but I've heard that the valences aren't too bad. Personally I can't comment, as neithe me or my dad have closing panels fitted... Although I have a genuine valence, and he has a non-genuine.

Dave, I know... But after 22 years, and several MOT stations, nobody's ever comented.

Thought I'd drag this up instead of starting a new topic....

Anyone else have experience with non-genuine valances? Was about to buy one as they're so so much cheaper and not as on display as say a doorskin, but if it's going to be a real pain to fit I'll just spend a few extra £££'s

My non genuine valance had the exhaust cut out on the wrong side >_<

As a rule now, personally I will use genuine panels where I can, they are better quality steel.

Already got surface rust on my valance 2 years on :(
