Seems to be in brilliant condition apart from the mounting bracket has snapped off, so if anyone has any pictures please post them!

Do you mean pictures of the mounting bracket? What mini do you have?
On mine (an MPi), the bracket by the cat had broken off, but I bought one of these from Minispares which bolted to the subframe : http://minispares.co...ty=pb&pid=34793

The mini is a 1990 mini flame, and yes i meant the mouinting bracket :)

at work when we fited an twin dtm the exhaust hung off rubber mounts off the rear subframe.

I dont really have a clue how this style is ment to be mounted, but that brackets quite interesting...

I'm pretty sure it can be mounted to the subframe, using one or a couple of u exhaust clamps and some rubber mounts. I'm pretty sure you can buy them as a kit.

Thanks for the picture.

Its going to be a long time until it will be used anyway, my minis still having multiple organ transplants :(
