bought a capillary temp gauge about 3 months thought it about time

to get it fittted, most awkward bit was getting thro the baulkhead

now i can see the real temperature, bought it off ebay only 6 months old

for about £20

Capillary gauges are the best addition, i know it sounds strange, but they're more reliable and accurate than electrical gauges.

Looking at the photo I think you might want to reroute the capillary tube away from the radiator (heat source) as it might give you a false reading I know it shouldnt but it might do
