anyone know wether its worth getting the longer one with the
magnet onabout 3" or just getting the standard short one
as i realy need a new one

Although I may be wrong, I thought the longer one was for use with the centre oil pick up?

Standard short one, really dont bother with the longer, me and others have stripped the threads using the longer type.
