Not a problem! :proud:
yeah hopefully it will be a relatively easy fix, like slightly corroded connections... :shifty:
Yeah I guess so, and i's up to you I guess, but as the old saying goes: 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'...
do you mean a whole new wiring loom, switch wiring, relays and everything? =]

Its all comming along fine, the main lights are now work, and tjis was because of sone rubish wireing, which crumbled in my habd when i touched it, so i redid that :):) (just not the side lights) and even the hazards are working :):)

The horn now doesnt work, and i cant get the winscreen washer working :(:( so help needed on that.

Also i have now had the joys of the experienced my first break down in the car out on the road, it was about 200 metets away from a garage and a little more to my house, problem was, it was up hill :(:( , when the car stopped working, luckly the pnly problem was my fault (i do blame a little bit on the car) as i ran out of fuel.... ithink the petrol guage is broken/inaccurate, but hay ho. and when stuck on the side of the road, i meet another mini mad person, how typical.

windscreen wash might be clogged, take the pipe out of the washer bottle and check the filter on the bottom of the pipe for being clogged up. The horn, check its got a good earth as mines constantly playing up souly because the paint is'nt allowing it to ground. i have the same fuel problem but iv learnt to live with it :proud: hope that helps

surely if it was just clogged, it would still wirr?
I suspect the wiper stalk is at fault as it doesn't really like staying on at the moment...
but it may well be something else >_<

Yes, a dodgy earth would lead to inconsistent working of the horn, depending on whether or not the circuit continuity is broken or not. Clean up the earth point and check and clean wires and connections and try again.

I expect you can get a handbrake bracket from Minispares for peanuts to weld/bolt on, however they fix. Easier than attempting to repair it.

Well for the arches, you can always wait to see how far your new wheels stick out before replacing any...? They aren't that badly damaged.... :-P

You could always get a bit of fiberglass and rebuild it yourself...?

Oh yh rob, r u still interested in the steering wheel I have??

Not at the moment no, I currently have 3 so I'm not sure I can justify having another one...

Also, if you are looking to go to a mini event this summer, mitp is in august, that me and a couple of mates will be going to :-)

It is a fair old drive mind... :-P

Yeah, because there was the original one which came with the car, which I didn't really like, then there was the wooden looking one, then I found the one I've got on there at the moment at Bristol mini day for 2 pounds :P

As for the mini event, I'll dig out a couple of links for you :-)

EDIT:
Here are the links :-)
http://www.miniinthepark.co.uk/
That one should give you all the info needed.

This one is if you fancy being on the tmf club stand:

There may not be any places left though :shy:
