Had to take my old wiper morors apart last night and make one good one form the two rubbish ones, now it seems that it wont run a full cycle on the screen,
It parks about 3-4 inches off the base of the screen and only comes about 3/4 of the way accros in front of the steering wheel,
Is there a fix or do i need a new motor and linkage?
Wipers Dont Seem To Be Running A Full Cycle.

I think you have the wrong combination of parts assembled. They do interchange, and work, because the same basic motor is used in different applications. The thing that may be wrong is the radius of the crankpin in the big drive gear, which just like an engine crank, affects the operating stroke.
But also check that the drive rack outer tube nut is firmly screwed on to the outlet on the motor. It may just be flexing the tube for part of the stroke, if it is loose. Check that the tube is tight in the wheelbox clamps too. It might be loose at the passenger side wheelbox, which would lose stroke to both wipers.
Have you changed the wheelboxes, which drive each wiper blade? I am not sure if they are all the same, larger drive gears here would give smaller stroke.

Will have a look tonight. But it sound like the problem,
I assume this would be an MOT fail

May seem like a daft question, but is this happening when it's raining or a dry screen? My wipers do the same if you use them on a dry screen or just with a bit of windscreen wash on but when it's raining they're fine...

Wetness of the windscreen will make some difference, as the heavier load on a dry screen will cause more wind-up in any elastic bits of the mechanism, e.g. the flexible drive cable/rack will try to develop a wriggle inside the tube under heavy load. But the difference is usually only about an inch or so in the sweep.

I will put it in as is, if it fails - it fails, and I will have to sort it out.
