Hi I am going to be fitting a 1098 clubman engine in my 1977 1000 auto, it is standard apart from a 295 head. I have a Maniflow freeflow manifold and 1.75 twin box system, and am going to use the 1.5 carb and airfilter from the auto.
So what needle do I need, I was going to buy a AAA will this be a good starting point? Any advice would be welcome.

I use an AAU in my spiced up 1098....I think the AAA is a bit rich
