Keep an eye out in the for sale section, particulay the breaking section, someone must have a good condition door there. Becareful if buying off eBay though, can be tricky to assess the quality from a photo!

As previously said you may need to restick it.
But if it's really grubby then you may as well replace it. New ones can be brought from various mini spares specialists like Minispares

have a look on the bodywork and paint section on the forum
theres a topic near the top which tells you all the mini colours
touch up avalible from bull motif spares
it will also tell you your paint code on the vin plate in the engine bay on the drivers inner wing
