Have you got everything needed for a turbo? Ie if I just wanted the turbo gear to convert my mini to turbo and how much? Won.t be needing the turbo or mani tho as I'll try and find a t2 manu and turbo so I dnt need to fit a box.

well you need to consider what type of boost and bhp you want. when youve decided that you will need to consider compression ratio. the block is perfect for a turbo engine as it has 12cc turbo pistons. you will need a decent head with large chambers to reduce comp ratio if you want alot of boost. you will need other bits and pieces. but i have the majority of parts as listed. if you want anything pm me what you want.

Not looking at much boost, just want to do something fun to my gt while I'm building my k1100 engine. Not looking for massive gains it's more for the fun of turboing a car as I've never owned a turbo'd motor. If I could do it for a few hundred pound then I'd do it but if not my gt is pretty quick.

Well the t2 option is expensive with the 300 mirage manifold. When building engines consider this
Performance
Reliability
Cost

You can only pick two.

Daviedevil that would be convinient if you was to buy some turbo gear :)

It's cool I've got two daily drivers so reliability isn't a problem haha, I'm thinking about selling my k1100 stuff or just putting it away in storage and just build a semi decent a series with a turbo or supercharger. I've got a freshly bored 1330 with low comp pistons but they're just your bog standard pistons it's just trying to decide what to do as the money I'd put aside for the mini has dwindled very quickly and now have about 1500 to spend over two minis. Like I said don't need loads of power just aslong as it's fun.
