I was thinking of the BINI white alloys. I'm sure I've seen them super-glossy.

Perhaps the term powder-coating doesn't inspire images of an ultra shiny bling finish. :ph34r:

I'll be off doing some research about wheel finishes then :dontgetit:

it's definately not a shiney bling finish. More like a very high quality hammerite finish. But it is a gloss finish rather than a satin one. You can polish it up quite nicely too.

my limited experience with powder coating was that it looked very pretty, until it got chipped or scratched. water gets under the paint, corrodes the metal and bursts the paint straight off.
