Why would he want to do that; make it even less aerodynamic, lose about 10 mpg and get a lot of wind noise?

I'm was too poor at the time to buy tax and nct(mot).;) !!! I saved up and bought it last year for my 17th!! :D it's my second mini and I'm only 18!!lol
It kinda just deteriorated since last year...:(
Now it's down at our family friends who's a mechanic so the work will get done quicker!!:P
