i came back to live in UK from AUS march 2010 where i had lived for 25 years

3 months after coming back had problems with feet burning stinging etc

and started getting weaknes in the muscles and my system. also nervy feeling

well to cut a long story short after 2 years of this and getting worse all the time and feeling dreadful

some doctor finally the other day tested me for vitiman d and i am SEVERLY DEFICIENT

so beware vitiman d can sneak up on you

yes a lot to do with it

however if you do a search i think sometimes your system cand absorb to well

there was a lady in AUS ( i done a search ) went to the beach a lot and she was very low in vitiman d

i just wonder how long i have been severly deficient its not pleasent

My dad was put on medication for his diabetes that can result in low vitamin D counts. It also impairs the body's ability to absorb Vitamin D as a supplement.

fortunatly dont have diabeties
