Do I need something special to take out my crossmember as its welded in and looks stuck in good and proper,

Which one the front bulkhead cross member or the floor cross member???
The front is quite a job to do but its all spot welds and the same for the floor cross member. I would recommend bracing for either jobs before removing them. Also make sure the car is supported well and level fore and aft and left and right.
