Basically just want people to post a picture of the front of their minis or pictures they've seen of minis with out of the ordinary grilles, as I don't particularly like the standard style, and I also don't like the one I've made.. il throw a picture of mine up when I'm home.

have you cut the old grille up and replaced it with your own mesh? because thats what i done and it looks like the van grille (the one under) which i also dont particually like no offence :/!

Perhaps you should narrow it down by thinking about grillies you do like, and then making a Mini version. Never seen a mini grille with all vertical chrome, for example.

No, it was a Fibreglass front end and the grill was one solid piece. The previous owner did this, but just cutting bits out, and then mesh.

I have a wavy grille (watch my topic) its subtle but still outstanding in a way.
