Southam mini and metro centre...top dogs
I used Southam Mini and Metro Centre about a year ago to recommission an RSP that had been sleeping for 13 years. It had an MOT but was a bit sore and stiff. They did a great job and he came back running smoothly.
We use Somerford Mini for most of our Mini work (I used Southam Mini and Metro Centre as I wanted the work done quickly and generally you have to wait for Somerford). Somerford have worked on four of our Minis (serviced and carried out other small work on others) and we cannot fault them. They carried out a nut and bolt restoration on one Mini including a full engine rebulid (although we got Newton Commercial to restore the seats), a fairly comprehensive restoration on another and effectively two new front ends on two more. Great workmanship and they really know their stuff, but you do pay for it.

Any one know any in London/essex?
Noah
Palmer Brothers (somewhere in London) have a great reputation. I haven't used them personally, but Kev's a good guy
