Price is on there now, and regard to it taking its toll, yeah it will but it would with any car and I would much rather spend the money on keeping the car I love on the road than a little S***box, and chances are it will cost less to run a mini than a corsa or equivalent anyway.

No way i can afford both thats one of the problems if i sell the mini buy a rubbishy corsa 1 L i dont have to worry because i wont care about it also my quote is literally like nothing on multicar ive checked. I can then save most of it away and earn through my apprenticeship. I dont want another mini until i have a rubbishy corsa to go with it as on cold rainy winter days i fear.

anyway, the mini was built during the fuel rationing, used for everyone for their jobs and commuting so, there up to it, just with any other car, and you say the engines be rebuilt? so there really shouldn't be any age problems, i say keep it, and see how it goes, otherwise you'll regret it

I also find clubbys hard to get hold of, and your is very, very nice.

Oh right I see mate. I'd of got a banger then store the mini in garage for a bit(if you've got one obvs), cancel insurance, cover it up till you've got enough saved from your apprenticeship to then get the mini back out. Then you've got your banger and your clubby still, although I can understand what you're doing. Good luck with the sale nayway bud and enjoy your banger ;)

Right guys last night was unfortunatley a disaster the cheapest quote i found was 1200 none and i repeat not one of the classic insurance companies would insure anyone under 25 or 24
I thought i had a lead when one of them said if i consider going on my dads but he would have to be the main driver meaning im only additional which she didnt explain very well so i wouldnt be able to drive as much as i want also my dads insurance doesnt allow it
