Thank you. Kind of... It's a still shot taken from a GoPro mounted to the roof. I think the shutter must have definitely taken at below 1/60 to get the motion blur.
Or is it a motion effect edited in PhotoShop or something?
Nope, the only editing I did was change the resolution (upscaled and widened) and a little contrast / saturation mix.

These aren't edits as such, just a bit of camera trickery. Shutter speed set to 0.5sec to get streaks, flash set to full to freeze the car.

It's front curtain sync. I was using the built in flash on the camera which can not be set for rear curtain sync.
These aren't edits as such, just a bit of camera trickery. Shutter speed set to 0.5sec to get streaks, flash set to full to freeze the car.
With rear curtain sync, it seems.
