and my seats are the same design as the cooper by the looks of it, what colour seats and carpets would coopers have come in?
all black? or where there options? could they of even came in the colour i have now (limeflower)

I have no referance material for the Mk3S but looking again at PRS above it looks like that has limeflower seats. If you look at the rear quarter window you can see the top corner of the rear seat at it appears to be limeflower, also on KWP take a look in the passenger door window, looks like limeflower again.
I do know that white cars and blaze cars came with the dark blue interior so I would suspect that teal blue cars were available with limeflower.

If you get a chance look at the book "Original Mini Cooper and Cooper S" by John Parnell. It gives incredible detail about all the different versions of the Cooper and what is correct for each.
The colour scheme for a Teal Blue mk III Cooper S is either Limeflower or Navy seats and liners and either olive or navy carpets and mats.
