I've got too many toys and I need to let her go. I started this project healthy and my health went south so it is time to sell the toys... It would cost you double that just to replicate this vehicle. I have the receipts to prove it. All documentation comes with the vehicle.

For sale at $25,000. My loss is your gain. Health forces the sale.

All work was done by the best shop for Mini Coopers on the west coast. Please do not call the shop tire kicking, email me first and I will be happy to answer all your questions. Contact me regarding any questions.

Contact Dane at: [email protected]

Thanks.

Conversion subframe info on this swap:
http://pro-motive.co.uk/

This has been a long project for me. I started with a clean 1970 Austin mini 1275 that was purple at one point and someone painted black. So it has a black/plum color that only shows at certain angles in the sun. I have all the paperwork on hours/labor, parts. I also have videos and over 289 photos documenting the build/transformation. This thing was NOT an easy car to build. But it draws crowds more than a live real elvis come back to life on hollywood blvd.

This is Kit 36 out of 40 in the world and the only one in the US that I am aware of that has this fit and finish. I built the car with the intention of daily driving it, but once I got it all together I realized it was a bit too wild as a daily driver. It is much like riding a R1 sport-bike with a mini shell around you. Think loud, fast and lots of adrenaline. The shop owner took one ride in the vehicle and stated that it is the wildest/fastest mini he has ever driven in.

The shop that did the conversion, fabrication, R&D, and getting from a sub-frame to a running vehicle. They continue to service it whenever I need something.

It is the first and only pro-motive I know of running and driveable in the United States that I am aware of. Another Pro-Motive that was built as a race car sold for $36k and was shipped to the Phillipines a year or two ago.

It is complete, was built to be comfortable with a nice clean interior, Corbeau GTS 2 seats and full stereo complete with subwoofer in the rear deck. Top of the line parts, full documentation on fabrication and more man hours than I'd like to admit. I have every receipt on this car and all documentation.

It'd be a great toy for the guy that has it all. The car is located in Socal and will be at every Supercar Sunday at the end of every month if you want to hear it run and see it run in person. I have too many projects and am unable to drive the mini as much as I'd like.

Over 3 years gathering parts from the UK and the time change never helped. They seem to work on a different schedule when it comes to business in the UK.The swap is based on a company in the UK called promotive. Typical power is 170bhp. It has been tuned for the new air fuel and exhaust using the dynojet tuner.

The swap involved the following:

Continental 195/45-13 Wheels. These are nearly impossible to find.
Elf Racing Engine Oil
Ice Coolant

This car is loud, comparable to a street legal go-cart, and a real attention getter. The butt pucker factor is HIGH once you get above 7000 rpms and it will stretch its legs all the way to 12,500rpm sounding just like an F1 car. This is not a quarter mile drag vehicle, it would be more suited to an occasional track toy, a mini enthusiast, or for the guy that has it all and loves something that no one else has!

Shifting is sequential like a motor cycle. Mechanical reverse knob is mounted just below the shifter. You can go through all 6 speeds in reverse if you were crazy enough. I got the center column dropped for the driver so its less like a schoolbus, and had the interior gone through. New carpet, dash vinyl, rear seat, rear deck, new leather boots for the shifter and ebrake.

There are around 40 Pro-Motive kits in the world.

Its number #36

Current Changes from the pictures: The hood has been debadged, R1 emblem added to trunklid, black plate CA plates. New interior, carpet, custom rear seat and interor work. Dual Radiators, Fresh sprockets and chain, Fresh clutch and throwout bearing. Train horn, badging, and Pro-Motive logo removed from airbox. Original "Austin" decal on carbon fiber airbox just to throw off the uninformed ;)
