I get my wellers (and other mini wheels) complete with 165 70 10 tyres for £2 each :cool:

Well they aren't new 
At my local dump they sell stuff which people throw away ( the good stuff is put to one side )
Even got some cooper S wheels for next to nothing down there :cool:
