Could you not have built the rad / fan Into the boot floor? Better cooling if you make up some ducting and if you were a real clever sod you could use it to create some more downforce for the rear end!
But still, dat mini be cool 8)

Bit like that charpels 2j thing with a snowmobile engine powering a vacum cleaner to suck it down,think it proved succesful but rule changes ment it never really "TOOK OFF" did you get the joke

It as been tried without enough success to convince me it was the good route.
Anyway, if i do that there wont be room for a CR-V rear diff

No job, can't afford to run and keep 2 minis etc, etc.

It's a shame really with the 4 to 5 years work I put in building that mini from a bare shell, it's done nothing but sit in the garage. I've never even driven it, partly because I bought it without an engine and it's new engine still needs running in.
