Wow looks like a lot of work! Will be worth it in the end though.

I'm doing a clubman project too, although atm he's sitting in the garage having nothing done!

yeah brought it of my mate for £150. just sorting all the shell out and go from there i think. get a good base to start from.

lucky git! i got clubmans on my mind at the minute but i can only afford one mini at a time sooo do i ditch the round nose, good thing with yours is you have a blank slate, what do you have in mind?

lol thanks mate, colour wise i am thibk bright orange with a black or white roof, but going to get the shell sorted and go from there.

and I thought my floors were bad! my clubman is currently on it's side having the inner and outer sills replaced, so i know what your going to go through .

Ever so slightly crusty. Looks like it need a complete floor, inner wings, toe board and many other panels. Lots of work. If you decide to go Heritage then try Minispeed. Not long got all my panels from them with a 12% discount.
