Steering Rack

hello lads what steering rack are we using with the k20 z cars race kit is it quick rack 2.2 or std? i have 13X7j wheels cheers.

DON'T get a recon unit.

My preference is a brand new sportspack rack, you wont need a quick rack as inevitably the steering wheel you will use will be so small that the inputs are like having a quick rack.

thanks i will be getting a new one! sportspack? can i just use spacers on a standerd new minispares rack.

if that's what you have got then that will be fine, as for spacers I am not sure what you are using them for so cant really comment.

I used a sportspack rack as it has a restricted amount of turn to stop the wheels from rubbing on the inner arches. My big ass sidewalls on the front weren't helping matters though.

We don't recommend quick racks, as with most things buy a good quality replacement and you won't have any problems
