A few off Google for you to mull over
I would go for white door squares, get your name/ naitionality and your 'co-drivers' on the front wings.
A couple of 70's logo's would look good, but you don't need to go mad and cover the car in stickers to get the look.
Also found a mk1 escort/mini photoshop But using mk2 escorts as a alternative basis would work well as well I reckon
if only that mini was real lol
what do you think about making them all gloss black to keep the contrast of satin black on gloss black? thought that would be nice and different

Will, here's a thought, and a stupid one at that. IF you own an xbox and Forza 4. You could always purchase the Mini (I know it's a roundnose but you get what I mean) and design stuff onto that, that will give you an idea of how it could look if you apply all the stickers? Like I said, dumb idea lol
Failing that, you could put some designs on blueprints of Clubbies?
Just change the colours around?

I know that one is an estate ^^ but you get my drift
lolo yea i own forza 4 i love!
im going to do gloss black decals, so they contrast witht the satin black :)

To be honest the one i posted isnt lowered, infact its raised.
I'd be tempted to use red instead of white, will look great with matt black paint. Keep it black, black ruleZZZ :)
Also you'll find a lot of period stickers replicas on ebay, and a must for the old school rally look is a good set of dunlop tyres or even camacs...
I'd avoid a roll cage in a road going car, i know it can save your life if you roll, but it can be very very harmfull..
satin black.... lol
im thining gloss black decals on the satin black?
so exactly the same decals as the original ones but in gloss black
what do you think?

Ye I reckon they'd look good gloss black wouldn't cost a lot to swap to white if it didn't anyway.

It's off topic I know; but it's great to see another mini running lucas LR8's! I run them on my roundnose.. only roundnose I've seen with them so far! Picked them up from a show for 30 quid, cheap as chips and great lights as well! Are yours the extremely rare england lenses or foreign glass like mine?
they are the euro spec ones :) i agree totally there awesome lights :) love seeing them on minis too :)
totally not of topic! lol

The Aqua car was one of the first 1275GTs, and was tested by Autocar in 1969
and then used by teh Abingdon works. The car is now as it appeared in the 1972 Lombard RAC Rally.
