Dear Mini Owners’ Club

The legendary Brands Hatch circuit in Kent will once again host its Mini Festival on 22/23 June with a bigger and better show lined up for 2013. If you haven’t already heard of it, visit our dedicated website www.mini-festival.co.uk to find out more!

The event celebrates all things Mini from the loveable classic through to its modern incarnation. In 2012 clubs from across the UK and Europe enjoyed the festival and we want to involve as many owners and clubs as possible next year. Following on from the success of 2012, we’ve set out some very special offers for you to communicate to your members.

Brands Hatch is pleased to offer the following to your club:

• Heavily discounted tickets - save seven pounds on one day and weekend admission
• Reduced one day price - £10 and weekend price - £14
• Reduced weekend camping price (£10 per person instead of £16)
• Designated area for your club to park free of charge inside the venue
• The chance to join a parade lap on the famous Brands Hatch Indy circuit
• Discounts on event merchandise (details to follow at a later date)
• FOC limited edition event sticker for each of your members

On track action will be solely devoted to the Mini in 2013 with the Mighty Minis and Super Mighty Minis joining the superb race schedule provided from the MINI Challenge, Mini Se7en, Mini Miglias and Pre-66 Minis. Old and new Minis will also do battle on the track in a unique handicap race to decide which variant is best!

Coupled with a superb race schedule, there will be a host of Mini-themed activities away from the circuit including an extended Russ Swift Mini stunt show across both days, live music, rally demonstrations, show and shine competitions, a much improved trade village plus much more. Full details will be released in due course.

The event will also commemorate 50 years of the Mini Cooper S and clubs are encouraged to decorate their club stands and cars in accordance with the celebration. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the top three decorated stands! Clubs are also invited to compete for glory, trophies and prizes in the Brands Hatch Mini Festival’s inaugural soapbox derby race to be held on the famous circuit.

On the web site for this event, it looks like traders can sell for free?
Surely that will bring them in, Brands Hatch seem very switched on and know how to grow an event.

I be there racing in the all comers and running with the miglias in the invertation class this year.hopefully do as we'll as last year,
It needed more traders/ stuff for sale then it be one of the best shows/ mini action day

The trade stands were just non existent last year, which was a bit of a shame. Hopefully we'll get a spot this year!
