Diy Hyabusa Manifold

Has anyone went around making there own exhaust manifold for a busa mini im just trying to keep costs down and was wondering is it possible to make your own using an original manifold baring in mind i have the new frame where the pipes have to go around the side of the engine. any help will be great.

u cant weld the manifolds i have tried on my race car someone said there made out of platinum
Think you may be confusing plenum with platinum...

Think you may be confusing plenum with platinum...
Stainless steel or titanium is the usual materials, both can be welded with a tig and the correct rods and gas, not really a home option for most people. There is nothing stopping you from making a exhaust manifold from mild steel or low grade stainless and weld it with a mig

We have a used manifold at Zcars but its ceramic coated so looking for at least £450. (In very good condition)

I'm gonna go on ebay and find as many manifolds as I can, and sell them to be melted down!!!!!

Yes stainless 4-2-1 ceramic coated.
Just one of, sat on the shelf. Not been advertised however I'm sure it would fly off the shelf if it was.
