Im looking at getting some of that dynax stuff. Would you recommend it? Does it dry clear?
What underlay are you using? Looks good.

Many thanks. No danger of using it just yet. Its at a similar stage to yours so for me, will be few months at least before its out.Hi Steve
Im using Dynax UC ( underbody clear ) for all the wheel arches underfloor etc and Dynax S50 for the cavities ( its a brown colour) far better product than waxoyl
Yes the UC dries clear and goes on nice I have got 5 litre cans of both UC and S50 as I use my compressor with my wax applicator tools but I used the cans on my lads car just as good
Just one thing with the UC make sure you dont use the car for a couple of days after you apply it as it needs time to set or youll find all the road crap will stick to your nicely waxed car 😆
Re the underlay I got it from bingley hall mini show some time back its all pre cut just requires minimal trimming
Cheers
Mark

I hope you're not going to refit the grille with self tappers on that lovely shiny front end -guaranteed to promote rust.
I squared the top holes & fitted plastic inserts to take the No8 screws (http://www.minispare...38.aspx|Back to). Only fitted the top screws & pop-riveted a couple of strips of metal to the bottom of the grille (covered with sections of a wiper motor rubber strap to stop vibration & protect the paintwork). Also pop-riveted (carefully & after checking the position was perfect) the grille surrounds to the grille -taking the grille off now takes 2 mins

Inspiring stuff. This has to be better than when it was new.
